Welcome to the world of the Complexity of molecular machines, where precision engineering is demonstrated in the world of DNA and protein synthesis!
Disaster has struck! The super bacteria Teleomere, designed to fight cancer, has had its genome compromised by mutagens M1, M2, and M3. The DNA sequences that encode its critical flagellum and motor have been disrupted, putting its life-saving mission at risk.

Narrative:
As a CRISPR expert, you hold the key to restoring Teleomere. You know which proteins and codons are needed to rebuild this intricate molecular machine. Your task: find the missing codons, reconstruct the genome, and bring Teleomere back to life.
But the challenge is immense. The mutagens are still active, threatening to undo your progress at every turn. Every decision you make will shape the complex machinery that powers the movement of Teleomere. Can you outmaneuver the mutagens?
Objective and Setup

Be the first player to successfully rebuild the bacterial flagellum by assembling all 8 Protein pieces in the correct order.
- Players: 2-4 players.
- Decks:
- Protein Deck: Contains 8 Protein cards labeled 1-8, each with a specific codon sequence to build it.
- Genome Deck: Contains 6 types of DNA codon cards (ATG, GCC, CCG, GAC, GGA, TAG) and 3 Mutagen cards (M1, M2, M3).
3. Starting Hand:
- Each player is dealt 7 Genome cards from the Genome Deck.
